Lo mas decepcionante fue q tienen muchas reglas absurdas como nadie te puede vistar al cuarto no puedes llevar pareja o amigos a tu room la piscina cierra a las 6 pm el comedor a las 8 p.m no hay area comun donde conversar muy poco personal de trabajo yo fui a las 12 am a la recepción y no habia nadie 3l lobby del piso 18 estaba totalmente apagado y sin personal no hay nada q comer en la noche ni siquiera una maquina de ventas si un turista como en mi caso va a un hotel es para divertirse no para q le pongan tantas trabas y reglas absurdas la verdad el hotel muy lindo pero no voy masssssssss nunca decepcionado por completó

River Garden Suites and Hotel is outstanding. I give it 9 out of 10 stars. The 1 extra star will definitely and eventually come once the hotel is fully operational with all of its perks. This hotel just open 2 weeks prior to my stay. If you want a great location in front of the Malecón 2000 with all of its luster and attractions, this is the premier hotel to stay at. Yes, you can stay at the other more expensive hotel, but why? This hotel has a great 18th floor roof top with an upscale Manhattan style bar and staff, an infinity swimming pool and the awesome views of the city of Guayaquil during the day and especially at night. I stayed 13 nights to really take in the hotel to give this review. I came in at 11pm and was greeted warmly by security that recognized my name. Directly me to drive to the 4th floor of the building where the hotel has its parking lot. I was greeted at the elevator on the 4th floor by the hotel front desk staff, taken to the 18th floor where the front desk is located for check in. I was greeted warmly and in English. This is very important to recognize. Almost the entire staff of the hotel spoke English. I speak a little Spanish but for those that do not, you will feel comfortable knowing your needs will be understood in English. I was taken to my room like any high class hotel will do. My room was extremely clean and modern. The bed was perfectly made with classy white sheets and blankets plus lots of big fluffy pillows. A big electronic safe insid
