Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

We were honestly hesitant about trying the kids club because our daughter had not so great experience at a similar program before and was very reluctant to go. The staff at the Hilton kids club were incredibly patient, welcoming, and never pressured her, which made all the difference. After her very first visit, she came back absolutely glowing with excitement. They decorated delicious cupcakes during one of the activities, and she has not stopped talking about it since! Every day after that she kept begging us to drop her off again so she could spend more time there with the other kids and staff. It completely changed her perception of kids clubs, and as parents it was wonderful to see her so happy, confident, and excited. Huge thank you to the amazing team for creating such a fun and caring environment!

Hilton Tulum was such a great experience. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything felt very well organized. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was always something fun happening around the property. Perfect mix of luxury, entertainment, and relaxation. Would definitely come back again.

All the restaurants and staff are excellent! Many fun activities are offered throughout the day! We especially enjoyed our cook Omar at the Noriku Teppanyaki spot, the chef and server at Maxal, our server Ventura at Luce and all the different nightly restaurants were great!!!

Had an amazing stay in Hilton Tulum as a family of 3. The facilities and some of the staff were fantastic! A big shout out to Tania the chef and Miguel at La Luce for the outstanding food and service. They went above and beyond for us. It was by far our favourite restaurant and we dined there 4 times. Our 7 year old absolutely loved Kids Club and we would like to thank the wonderful staff there who made his time with them so enjoyable. I really loved the sunrise yoga classes with Kim & Elisario which was the perfect way to start the day. Special thanks to Elisario who taught the yoga classes with so much kindness, empathy and passion 🧘‍♂️ The bracelet making class with Charlie and Eli was so much fun! Charlie was so funny and had everyone in stitches 😂 Finally a big shout out to Jesus from the entertainment team. He was so kind, friendly and always had a smile on his face. My son and I loved our painting sessions with him. Lovely mementoes of our fabulous holiday in Tulum 🥰 Muchos gracias amigoes 🙏

The atmosphere at Hilton Tulum was relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were a nice size with a huge shower. The hotel was about 1.25-1.5 hrs from the Cancun Airport. The staff, especially Monica the fitness coordinator, was amazing to work with and super helpful with things to do outside of the resort. The pools around the resort were beautiful, clean and the staff was amazing keeping us well hydrated. There was a lot of seaweed and I thought the staff worked really hard everyday moving it away so we could enjoy our stay.

The service from Andrea, Salasar, and Paulina was exceptional. I am so grateful for the attention and care they provided regarding my food allergy. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, and if I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We travel frequently and are Diamond members, and the level of personalized service we received from this team was truly outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference in our stay. Because of them, we will gladly recommend this hotel to family, friends, and fellow travelers. Thank you for making our experience so memorable.
