I loved everything! But most of all the million dollar view of the mountain and volcano

The view was amazing and food was delicious.

View of Volcan Izalco was absolutely magnificent, even with the fog & thunderstorm that rolled in :) Clean facilities, good food, great staff @ front desk - provided great recommendations before checking in.

No hot water in the cabin my parents and daughter stayed in which was a bummer because it is chilly at night. I also would recommend closing the screen (or being able to close it) at the top of the glass doors in each room because the rain came inside our rooms and wet our personal belongings, including the blankets that we had to use, and the floors. I'm glad no one fell but it can happen so that's a liability.

La habitación olia a húmedo, del baño salía mal olor de la tuberia, el agua caliente no funciona adecuadamente (no mezcla, muy caliente o muy fría, había que estar apagando y volver a encender, esperar mucho tiempo para calentar), la ropa de cama se veía limpia pero habían detalles que dudo lo estuviese. shampoo, gel de ducha, jabón de manos mala calidad (espero lo básico). No había basurero en la habitación igual en general en las instalaciones. Zonas verdes poco cuidadas. Por el precio decepciona.

No windows, no air conditioner, they said they were 3 miles away from the Santa Ana volcano, It is one hour 15 minutes. I complain to Hotels.com. Expecting a near full refund or that they take this property off their listings as it was blatantly false information in both the pictures, description, and especially.

The view was breathtaking and staff was very helpful. We didn’t have hot water so, cold showers during our stay.
