The breakfast was good and the staff were super friendly. Beautiful cabin.

The heat in the cabin was a little uncomfortable when it was warm.

We stayed in one of the rooms in the house and it’s like they describe it . Need to improve restaurant options.

That the room is right next to the check-in office. Which is not entirely what I thought I booked, and it’s not clear where the room was. So, absolutely no privacy. As when they closed there was a guard there. We could hear everything very clearly as there is no real seal to the room. Even when the guard was watching something on this phone. Also woke up with a few new fairly large insects in the bedroom. Since there is a gap in the door.

It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have the basic service, no water service, no electricity and the bathroom had a horrible smell coming from the shower like a dead animal. We barely survived the night because it was late and we didn’t have a choice.

a small heater could be added to the cabin to keep the room warm while sleeping.

The room was absolutely fabulous, the view spectacular. There are only three little cabins, the service is great - the receptionist was outstanding and we communicated via WhatsApp - she helped arrange so many tours. You can choose to have your breakfast delivered to the room or have it in the restaurant which was great. The staff at the restaurant were also incredible. And the best part was the mattress, sooo soft and lush!

I would recommend maybe taking some earplugs as the local dogs had a lot to say. Nothing the hotel could do and I definitely don't think it is their fault. Whilst not a problem for us it is worth noting that the slope down to the cabins is steep which can cause issues for people with reduced mobility.
