Location was ideal within easy access of all main roads and entry into Leicester, room was very nice and comfortable and staff very helpful

There was nothing wrong from my point of view

Friendly Staff, clean bedroom, good location

The pub itself is a lovely building. They have done a good job of modernising the room but keeping the charm.

There was a birthday party directly under our room. We were not warned of the noise. When we asked, we were told it would end by 11pm. Karaoke continued to nearly midnight and there was noise from the party guests until around 2pm. Every time anyone entered out of the side door it shook our room. Initially the staff member who showed us to our room was friendly but the others we came in contact with weren’t particularly friendly or apologetic for the noise.
