No breakfast option.

The room was cold because the radiator wasn't working. When reported, there was no onsite manager to fix any problems. The staff appeared to know it was a problem and that they would fix it but nothing happened. The hot water was also scalding hot and couldn't be turned down. This made showering difficult. We spoke to guests in the next room who had the same problem. I have contacted the host since our return and had no response.

It was very clean and very good condition

Great stay, reasonably priced. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Excellent meal in the pub in the evening.

Checkout was very early at 10am although the staff were kind enough to give us another 30 mins it still didn't leave much time. Breakfast was also confusing - we called up in advance to ask if we were getting breakfast and we were told they weren't sure and they would let us know on the night we checked in which wasn't massively helpful. As it happened, they did offer a pastry basket but we had already had to make other plans at that point.

Very warm welcome, beautifully decorated room, very comfortable bed, delicious dinner in the restaurant. Beautiful views over countryside.

Great location for ragdale hall, food is lovely.
