The location was conveniently close to where I needed to be. The living room and double kitchen were very spacious and for the general use of the occupants of the 10 rooms at the lodge. The place was daily cleaned by a cleaning service company. The bed was large and comfortable, although the room did not have much storage space.

The bathroom was the smallest I ever experienced. A small shower and a tiny wash basin that normally is used to wash your hands in a toilet. I did not meet any staff. The entry code of the backdoor was not active upon arrival. Communication was via text messages.

The location and shared kitchen facilities were good.

Payment upfront and no refunds for a 10 day stay. I should have suspected based on this the following issues: I could hear the conversations of all other guests at all times. I could hear the people in the adjacent rooms snoring. There was a stolen and destroyed car parked out the front of the property (not a good sign). I was woken up at 2 am with a stolen car on fire out the front of the property.

It was located at the end of the road and quiet environment. Liked to hear the birds singing in the morning. I need to work at a uni so it was great location.

It was quite raining and at the entrance there was a muddy edge of glass. It was dark and could not see well..
