Blue Wren Lodge Waratah

Great location for hospital and nearby facilities. No road noise whatsoever and bushland next door created a lovely ambience. The common loungeroom and kitchen was very practical as was the laundry and office/computer facilities, especially for longer stays or working away from home/office. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Common access through security front door for all rooms can create a little noise. Rooms upstairs may cause a little noise for downstairs. Driveway will scrape anything with less clearance than a 4WD or large SUV. Off street parking only for three vehicles. Room was large enough though felt a little cramped depending on what your used too.

It was In a quiet street.

It was multi-levels.. People are coming in all hours of the night and early morning, making sensor lights come on in the stairwells. It was a little unsettling to know someone was outside your room at anytime.

It’s clean, quiet and relaxing.

You have everything you need for a good stay.

Parking was difficult, many cars on the street and limited on site parking

Very comfortable bed, all facilities great like a normal hotel, easy access and good communication, parking very close. Large kitchen and lounge facilities. Reasonable value.

My room smelt terrible - smelt like damp that was covered with some spray to try and cover. tHad to keep windows open to help release the smell. Not an issue for me but you need a car to stay at this place as it’s im a suburban area with very little nearby. Bathroom very small but fine for a single Person. Noisy as people come and go.
