Our stay was satisfactory until the check-out time at 10 am. Unfortunately, a hotel staff member used our provided password to open our door at around 8:40 am without our consent. This was an unacceptable violation of our privacy. When I investigated the situation, I found the housekeeping staff in the area. We hope that this incident will not be repeated with other guests in the future.

The room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and wifi was good.

The air conditioning was broken. The other guests were disruptive, running up and down the stairs, yelling down the hall, and slamming doors before 7am. Incredibly disrespectful.

The concrete steps at the front definitely need a handrail. We are in our 70s, we had to walk on the slippery grass as there wasn’t a path it was dark and I had just had an eye operation. This was our only complaint but I would like to see it rectified before I could come back.
