Breakfree North Adelaide

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Proximity to CBD was good.

Building is getting older and would benefit from minor defects being fixed (eg toilet roll holder and toilet seat in room being fixed/replaced and refitted respectively).

Clean and spacious - walking distance to pub, restaurant shops etc

We didn't have breakfast - left early to catch plane. Great location - we will use Breakfree for future trips to Adelaide.

We didn’t have the breakfast during our stay. The location was great which was why we selected the same hotel as a few years ago.

we were disappointed that room cleaning and refreshing isn’t done each day; we are always happy to re-use our towels. We were told that because it was a week stay, they could come in once; but on the signs on the wall it says we can ask for more days. This was not told to us at check-in. The cold tap in the kitchen rumbled so loudly every time we turned it on that we used the hot tap as not to disturb other residents. The room is ageing so badly and desperately in need of refurbishment. Basin and tiles in the bathroom need a damn good scrub or replacing and the couch had stains on the arms which we put a spare towel over. We stayed in the old side I believe?? Not sure but we won’t stay again due to the declining conditions and services. Very disappointing.

How close it was to the footy at Adelaide Oval.

The room was not good. Bed was very hard just out of date.

Parking too small for big cars
