Good location in Melbourne St, helpful staff

The “executive suite” room allocated to us had a very badly stained sofa, with torn cushions. We really didn’t want to sit on it. The walls were scuffed and marked, and the bathroom very tired with chipped tiles. When we complained, the staff did change our room, but were not able to do so until the next day.

Stayed there twice now and the man at the desk was just brilliant, friendly smiling service

The Bed was excellent

Our room wasn’t cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed, couldn’t order breakfast off the menu the person running the kitchen said he was short staffed couldn’t get a milkshake that’s very poor service after paying nearly $700 for 3 night we won’t be staying there again

Location and ease of parking

Having stayed several times during the last few years my wife and I for at least a week we were not particularly pleased in the size of the bathroom compared with previous visits. Also the size of the bed was certainly not a queen size.
