Sehr laut in der Nacht, aber weil es viele Bars in der Umgebung gibt, was allerdings auch toll ist.

We were running late and the host had to leave, but made picking up the keys very easy with detailed video and instructions for picking keys up at the building. The host gave fantastic recommendations for food! Thank you!

It would be good to have more than one set of keys as I was with my colleague and it was difficult to return to the hotel if the other person was not back. Appreciate it if another key could have been provided

The location is great. The Santa Justa Lift, Carmo Convent, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment matches the description and photos accurately. The air conditioning works well in both bedrooms and living room.

Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working. We could not open the door. The property manager informed us that the door was not working properly and apologized. The lobby was dark. We couldn't find the light switch when entering from outside at night. We probably would not consider booking a self-catered apartment in the future. We ran out of toilet papers on the second last day. It was difficult to find any nearby. The smallest pack available was 4-rolls. We ended up leaving the extra rolls in the apartment since we hadn’t planned extra luggage space for them.

地點絕佳，許多熱門景點都可以步行到達，最常搭的電車站也在出門三分鐘路程。 環境寬敞，兩個廁所也讓人很滿意。該有的一應俱全，員工也很樂意幫忙解決疑問，待了很開心的五個晚上！

因為附近是餐酒館林立的區域，有幾個晚上吵到無法睡覺，不過這就是住鬧區必須接受的事實。

Only one set of keys for a 2 BR made for some annoying events. This is a busy neighborhood, so expect crowd noise, especially on weekend.

I had a very spaciois 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a quiet street. The living room was very spacious with a large table and a sofa. The kitchen was also spacious. Beds were comfty. Location of the apartment was close to the centre.
