Plenty of space with everything you need. Fans, blow dryer, iron, toaster.. plus more, made my stay comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that only the livingroom has air conditioning.

"Perfect the starting point for a family vacation in Lisbon"

The appartment couldn't be more central in Lisbon. 3 steps from your door and you are in the middle of the city vibes. The living room is faced North, so you may remove the shutters and have all of the wonderfull sunlight in. Eventhough both bedrooms are facing a main street the windows block for the city noices during the night.

"Good for a big group of friends, that want to party in Bairro Alto. Noisy and a little outdated"

It is a nice location, but I'd definitely specify, that it is Bairro Alto, not Chiado. I traveled with my 75 year old God mother and we could hear the partying in the middle of the night. Other than that,location couldn't be better, the apartment had everything you need, if you want to cook (we did not) and it's pretty big, two families can easily stay there.

*It was a little noisy at night, so if you want a a quiet night of sleep, this place is not for you. *The apartment is outdated and some parts of it were NOT clean, bathtub was dirty and the floors in the bathroom weren't clean either. *Towels also can be replaced with the new ones.

Cleanliness, size, location

Check out was 11am. We arrived back from having breakfast at 10.30am to vacate the appartment to find two people in the appartment cleaning. This was quite unsettling as we had left belongings in the appartment including valuables believing they were secure. While nothing was interfered with or stolen, this was not acceptable. 11am check out means just that and I don’t expect to encounter cleaning staff before the appointed check out time.

"Superb"

Location was great, close to numerous restaurants and bars and within relatively easy walking to various sites.

Clothes washer was broken. Difficult to drain water from the air-conditioner unit.
