Sonder at LC Sobro

Our front door code reader was broken. Last night complete power loss all day and into 4am

Location was great, the bed itself was just so uncomfortable!

Clean apartment, well stocked easy to use appliances TV etc., I had trouble getting into the building with the keyless entry

Everything was good, the code to the building was not working with the unit number was my only issue, all in all clean, easy to check in, quiet and close to downtown.

I will not deal with a Sonder condo again. Room was dirty, no hangers in the closet, 2/3 of the lights over the vanity were burned out. Comforter falling out of duvet. Comforter has stains on it. Pillows were horrible. Area rug was filthy Did use the Sonder app and someone responded quickly BUT nothing was done for 1-2 days and the lights were not fixed until we were walking out the door. Either the cleaning people need to be trained to let someone know when the room is not in satisfactory condition or someone somewhere is not doing their job

We were very unhappy with our stay at Sonder at LC Sobro in Nashville. When we walked in there was a huge stain on the carpet in the living room. Very noticeable, bright orange. The main floor bathroom did not have any hand towels or soap. The bathroom on the 2nd floor off the master bedroom, had blood stains on the walls, the middle light was burnt out, the bathtub drain was plugged so every time we took a shower the water did not drain. After hours once it finally drained all the residue was left in the bathtub. We only had one small bar of soap to use, no shampoo but they left us conditioner and body lotion. The hand towels we were given to use in the main floor bathroom were badly stained (you could see all the stain marks) and we asked for more towels and the towels received were ripped. The bed sheets felt like we were sleeping on paper. You could hear yourself on the bed when you moved. The duvet cover for the comforter was ripped and the duvet cover had no closer so we had to rearrange the comforter as the comforter had strings to secure to the duvet but the duvet cover was not made for the comforter. The pillows were uncomfortable as they were so full you felt like your head was so high off the bed. Terrible. We faced the main street which was loud because it was a main road. You definitely need ear plugs. The Chat function on the Sonder App did not work. It always said NO Connection. I sent an email with no response and texted with no response. Terrible!

Wish the property had a pool and luggage storage! The morning ritual cafe and goat restaurant was amazing!! Had a really rude run in with a resident there, a women who appear intoxicated tried to lock us out of the building. She kept holding the door closed and would not let us in at 2am. Very scary and dangerous situation to be kept out of our building late at night.

Location was perfect. Accommodations were great. Bed was super comfortable. Area was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here

We stayed in a ground floor loft unit. It was fine.

A few things. Digital access was easy as long as you had your email with info. Easy to walk downtown. Safe feeling inside: Kitchen amenities +, Linen: 4 towels, 1 washcloth and NO bathmat. We purchased one out of pocket. Matress cover was updside down so we got sweaty throught out the night. had to wash sheet afer first night. Could use some laundry detergent for a load or two. No real check out instructions: ie: empty diswasher,etc.
