Close to downtown area, comfortable, would stay again for sure!

Good location. No mattress foundation. Bedding didn't fit properly. No comfortable seating.

It's staying a furnished apartment rather than a hotel room. I thought the value was very good for what I got.

Spacious for 2 people. Simple and clean. Shower pressure was low, it appears the shower head is clogged. Bed was comfy.

They only had 4 bath towels I asked for more they sent me 4 hand towels, could of had laundry soap since there is a washing machine. We were ground level near the street extremely noisy with all the cars driving by

This property was very good value. Although it wasn't in the centre, it was walkable. The interior was very large and modern. I think a lot of the apartments were residential as we saw many people with their dogs. The honky tonk highway was quite close.

Clean property. Very convenient appliances available for use. Great and fast customer service.

I loved this place. I traveled alone for the first time ever and it was great! I read mixed reviews, but i had to see for myself. You must and absolutely must follow Sonder's instructions on how to gain access to the building and room and also check in early! The process was a breeze. Keep in mind maybe the property is not suited for those who are not tech savvy. I did realize my room, which was two floors was missing an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. On the app through the chat function i was able to speak with someone quickly. I did wear wrinkled clothes, lolfor one day, but someone dropped off the ironing equipment while i was out. I did not get a hair dryer though, so i was not able to straighten out my beautiful beard 😪 during my stay. Anyway the room was clean, well stocked with towels, extra pillows, comforters, a ton of bath tissue. The bed is what you expect from a good hotel. The shower seemed to be slightly clogged. The AC worked well. Although the neighborhood is developed there seemed to be shady characters on 2nd ave especially late at night so be careful. In the day time the area seems safe. The three days of my stay I walked to and from Broadway. The walk is not bad, but its a good walk. I think an uber is unnecessary unless its for safety or a disability. Unfortunately a lot of the street noise, especially during the day gets in the room. The other people in the building were quiet and respectful. It was a breeze to request and pay for late checkout

Really clean, secure facility. The pictures did not necessarily match the place we stayed in, but it was very nice overall. There is less to do in the area than we thought- a little further from the typical Nashville nightlife, but with that its very quiet-- which is nice!
