What a pleasure to stay at Sonder

The apartment was nice as was the location. The water pressure sucked in both showers and the front door doesn’t close. You have to hold it closed with your body when you activate the dead bolt. The suggested parking was an empty lot in a very sketchy area. Even the fire department recommended not parking there. We ended driving closer to Broadway and parking in a garage. It was a 5 block walk uphill to get back to the apartment.

The Sonders always be good to me! I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their properties. This location was perfect, safe and clean. Will definitely stay here again

The location of SoBro LC was about a 10-12 walk from Broadway and was quiet. The property is taken care of but hot water was really warm water and the pressure wasn’t great. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and there was a big stain in the bedroom. If you’re not on the top floor you can hear the people above you so that was a little annoying but overall I would recommend it.

Concierge with the app was great. We had to deal with noise issue but they quickly resolved it. I like the fact they have strict rules that need to be followed. The people who worked there was great. Only issue is it’s actually far from downtown than we thought especially with the rolling hills. And there’s 0 parking except paid parking. Very little free street parking which you had to look for.

Great location

This place was amazing, super close to downtown, full kitchen, walk in closet, completed affordable. We will be booking sonder again!! The place was huge compared to a normal hotel.

This place has no where to unload and no where to park. It does say no parking and has recommendations about where to park but it’s not next door. Blocks away. I left and did not stay there. Looks great in photos but terrible location. Right off the interstate. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
