Please provide a broom and dust pan to help keep the apartment tidy during our stay

Location was great and views exceptional Unit was neat and clean Unit had all amenities necessary for a stay away from home Beds were comfortable Complimentary coffee, tea etc was a nice touch

Washing machine in the bathroom, this is a small bathroom, and the machine doesn't allow for you to even sit on the toilet seat comfortably never mind try and climb into bath!! Shower door allows for water to pool on bathroom floor, the drain isn't blocked but doesn't allow enough water to drain during your shower. We had to clean up the floor after every shower as there was lots of water on the floor. There are no additional blankets if you get cold. American blinds are in a bad condition and are difficult to open and close properly.

The location is exceptional. Restaurants nearby, the view of Table Mountain, sunsets and kite surfers.....you couldn't ask for anything better. The rooms were comfortable.

Upon arrival the apartment was obviously not clean as there was hair all over the couch, dust/trash on the floor, stagnant water from the previous occupant in the kettle, noodles in the sink and the kitchen had roaches in it. This prompted us to not use the entire kitchen for anything but storing our drinks in the refrigerator which forced us to incur the extra cost of eating out for every meal which defeats the whole purpose of renting an apartment for our stay in Cape Town.
