Location is spot on - view of table mountain, right by the beach, walking distance to restaurants. Apartment has really nice finishes, bed and linen great, loved having a washing machine available. Check in process well communicated.

Items available in kitchen a bit limited, some need replacing. Floors not clean - no equipment available to clean them. It’s self catering, and there is a dishwasher, but would have appreciated a dishwashing tablet for each night of our 5 day stay, not just 2 - had to go buy some just for our stay.

The process of key collection needs a total rethink on their part. They can only accomodate you at certain times and if that times does not fit into your program you have to pay an additional R300 to collect the key "after hours" On the website it says you can book in from 14:00 to 18:00 , but that is only applicable if they have the time to book you in. Bad bad stystem.... Then there is the hidden costs... R550.00 cleaning fee and R150.00 to getr your deposit back.. No way i am using this company again , not because of the facilities, but because of way customers are being treated by the booking agency.

Lovely flat with great amenities and views. Beautiful furniture, all very comfortable. Great location.
