The staff were incredibly rude! We had reserved a barbecue grill but forgot to bring charcoal. Initially, they said we could ask the kitchen for some, and they were willing at first. Later, they changed their tune, saying they didn't have any, and the staff even refused to sell us any. Regarding breakfast, we arrived at the restaurant at 9:30, and the staff didn't bring us a breakfast menu. We only discovered it at the next table when we were about to leave, and we finally got to order breakfast after asking the staff. The space was very limited, and overall, it was a terrible experience.

The coccoons (where we stayed) are very unique. The coccoon we occupied was comfortable. They provided basic stuff like toiletries, slippers, towels, coffee and drinking water. Wifi is strong and has a small tv in the coccoon. There are two restaurants in the resort where food is delicious.

There is no toilet in each coccoon but rather outside (and that is alright) but renovation of the toilet must be considered. There are no hooks in the shower area to hang small bags or clothes. There is no provided floormat in the coccoon so the sand is all over the floor after going to the beach.

Location, and that our room is right in front of the swimming pool, as stated in our booking. Other water activities, snorkeling and boat ride.

We got 4 Cocoons, to accommodate our family and my kids friends. We didn't like that we were placed far from each other. Then when we were packing our things, my husband tried to bring some of our stuff in the car, some of their staff just passed by and didn't even offer any help. Then when we asked for a late check out, it was not entertained and instead they said that we will be charged if we still extend our stay...I believe this could have been handled appropriately, unfriendly for a customer service personnel....We are regular customer in their branch in Calatagan (CaSoBe), which has the best Customer Service, Cocoons Laiya can learn from them.

The location was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room didn’t smell nice, fridge wasn’t working, no drying rack, one of the restaurants wasn’t pleasing in the eyes. It’s a dining area so it should be clean. Restroom beside the check-in area was dirty too. I hope they get to work on what needs to be worked on.
