My main complaint is that this is the only booking.com property that charged a damage deposit. It has been over 5 days and I have not received my damage deposit which I was informed had been returned. Now my credit card is being charged and I will have to pay all the transaction and exchange fees for pounds to Canadian dollars. We also found the lock box difficult to find as it was hung on the chain link fence well outside the property.

"The stay was pleasant but I did expect a bit more for the money I paid."

It felt secure with the gates on entry and security door to the apartment.

Better instructions where the key safe is located, a welcome package for example a map showing where the location is to get amenities. A small welcome tray with tea coffee sugar and milk sachets.

The place was easy to find, very close to where we needed to be. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. The owner was very helpful.

Nothing really, if I had to say anything could have done with a few water/beer glasses.
