It’s in a beautiful location

The WiFi was not working it was very cold and the were no extra blankets or a heater

There was absolutely no heat in the apartment. A broken little heat fan clearly only for decoration. TV had no signal, and when calling it’s been like that for days already. Nobody told me this upon check in.

It was spacious.

Multiple issues. 1. Housekeeping walked in without giving us any courtesy. Walking directly into the apartment and rooms without waiting for a reply. Even kicked us out of our beds, so they can clean. It was an absolute horrendous experience. The kids were on their nerves daily expecting housekeeping to barge in. Worst experience ever. 2. One key. We had very little flexibility of movement because only one key was provided. It proved challenging throughout the stay. 3. Kids were not allowed to use the indoor pool. We booked this place so the kids could use the indoor pool. We were turned away. This should have been in the policies. 4. No desk area to complete work, very inconvenient. 5. No vanity area to do hair and makeup, no plugs in the bathroom, so could not use the bathroom. 6. No hangers to hang clothing. 7. No dryer. They expected us to hang dry clothes in the middle of winter. How on earth does this make sense???

The staff was accommodating and moved us to a different apartment.

This place was terrible, the place was neat but the walls were dirty. Light fixtures were falling out of the roof, exposed plugs and broken lamp shade. Who ever place it is they need to take more care of the place. No wonder it was priced that way. The staff were helpful and moved us to a different apartment which was lovely.

Very beautiful and clean apartment. Direct access to Canal Walk Shopping Centre and lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. Century City is very central to everything.

The bath plug was missing. No extra blankets provided so it’s quite cold at night during winter. There was one little fan heater but two rooms so we could only use it in one room.

Nothing.... Room was filthy.... Bathroom was worse The promise to provide service but u will have to wait for 3 centuries to receive it.... I told them there's no electricity had to wait for it to run out they only came the next day

I didn't like that I couldn't get my refund and leave
