The location was okay

The room were dirty and the floors were soaking wet, there wasn't any cleaning equipment in the room, bedsheets were very very dirty with stains an bedsheets an pillow cases, kitchen drain was blocked, cleaning staff just unlocks your rooms door an walks in doesn't wait for anyone to open. Overall very very very disappointed compared to my previous stay.

After I collected the key at the Residences I proceeded to the Island Club, had to wait 20mins for someone to assist me to access the building. The tag issued with the key did not allow me access to the building.I contacted the Residences reception who arrange someone to meet me at Island Club. Eventually when entering the apartment it was clear that your cleaning staff are letting you down big time. The apartment was dirty, specifically the floor corners of the ensuite room and bathroom, the shower glass still had residue of previous showers which was gross, I ended up not showering at the apartment. I have previously complained on a previous stay and was offered a complimentary stay. However my first two stays at the Island Club in 2021 was amazing, clean and value for money, just like my previous last 2 visits at the Island Club, the apartment smelt like a dirty mop was used. My point is why must I complain before I get my money's worth?

Wow! From the moment we arrived, we had an exceptional experience. Layla (I hope I have her name correct) provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to assist us. While we went to the nearby mall to buy groceries, she kindly arranged for our luggage to be taken to the apartment, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Upon our return to reception, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room had been upgraded to a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment. Even more impressive, the apartment was ready for us before the official check-in time. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular and breathtaking. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bedrooms were generously sized, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment had a warm and modern feel. We are a travel agency and have stayed at many properties, but this experience truly stood out. Based on the exceptional service and quality accommodation, we will confidently recommend this property to all our clients. Thank you for an unforgettable stay — truly outstanding service!
