Bathrooms need an upgrade

Location was good. Walking distance to Canal Walk and central for our stay

We were really disappointed with this stay, especially because we had stayed in the exact same apartment just a week earlier and had a pleasant experience then. This time, upon entering the apartment, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and present in every room. There were handprints all over the walls, the bathroom floors were wet and extremely slippery, and overall the apartment did not feel clean or properly maintained. The microwave barely worked, and the TV remote was not functioning at all. It was wet, and the batteries looked damaged as if they had been chewed on. We contacted management to report these issues and were told that someone would attend to it while we were out. We did see people going into the apartment, but when we returned there was no noticeable difference, so we are honestly not sure what was done. It was frustrating because we booked again based on our previous positive experience, but this stay was completely different and very disappointing.

The dstv showed arrears, so we couldn't watch anything. The sheets were thin, like it was summer.

Heated Pool and beautiful garden

The apartment was extremely disappointing ..Cockroaches in kitchen cupboards. Dirty rundown shower. My daughter was locked up in the bedroom. The key lock was faulty. She had to climb out through the window. Kitchen floor was sticky. Place needs a total revamp
