Luxury Apartments with Pool and Terrace, Top Location

Nice, spacious apartment. Equipped with everything we needed (dishwasher, plug converter, etc.). Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms.

The living room & bathroom were a bit cold during our stay in March. They provided portable heaters for the bedrooms, which we used but the common rooms were a bit cold and the AC didn't have a heater function.

A very large and spacious apartment. Beautifully and stylishly decorated, clean and well-maintained.

Приємні в спілкуванні власники. Професіонали. Відповідали на всі запитання. Всі питання вирішувались за хвилини. Квартира чиста і тепла, посуд е, шикарний великий скляний стіл, кроваті зручні, постільна білизна білого кольору,квартира розташована зручно, недалеко від моря, також зручне розташування для шопінгу. Рекомендую для проживання.

Не знайшли розетки для фена в ванній кімнаті, е розетка тільки для апарату гоління. Нема дзеркала в одній з кімнат.

The apartment was very well equiped and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet so we all slept well. The view from the balconies were good, there is construction work going on opposite the apartment and a big crane spoiled the view a bit. We were able to access the pool, which we were pleased about as we hd been told it would be shut at the end of September. A notice about the pool by the front door said it was open until end of October. We used the airport pick up service which worked very well. We had an early flight and arrived at the apartment at 12.30. Check in is 3pm however we were able to leave our suitcases there whilst the cleaners finished off, and this was much appreciated. Edward was great and gave us some ideas of things to do including Birgufest. Communication with the owners was excellent

The cushion was missing from one of the chairs on the balcony, so we could only use one of the two seats. The pool area was in shade for most of the afternoon. Only worth going in the morning

It was easy arranging the airport transfer and it was great that the driver gave us the keys etc. The apartment is large with very comfy sofa and beds, and a terrace with views.

The towels and en-suite bathroom had a noticeable damp smell. The balcony had a chair missing a cushion, which made it unusable - this was reported, but as previous reviews have mentioned the same issue, it seems there are no plans to replace it. Additionally, the wardrobe door in one of the rooms kept coming off its runner, which was quite heavy and tricky to reattach. I also dropped something under the bed and it was filthy under there. None of this was expected in a "luxury" apartment! The main problem, however, was the water pressure, which was essentially non-existent on Sunday morning. We contacted Buena Vista, who manage the property, and were told someone would come to fix it while we went out. No one arrived, so we called again on Monday - there was no apology or acknowledgment that no one had come the day before. They confirmed they would log the issue via WhatsApp, but when I followed up a few hours later, there was no response. After calling again and stressing the urgency, they told us they had many properties to manage, but did eventually send someone. For the duration, there was not enough water pressure to flush the toilet, shower, or use the dishwasher - something I would have thought would be a top priority. When they messaged about check-out, there was no acknowledgment of the issues we experienced, only a hope that we would stay with them again. I was surprised that no one offered any apology for the inconvenience of no water for 24 hours!
