Luxury Apartments with Pool and Terrace, Top Location

The property was bright and very spacious, great size main balcony ( with good views) and bonus side balcony. Beds very comfy, air con in all rooms. General facilities good. Sofa comfy and storage good. Internet worked ok. The building was pleasantly quiet late in evening. Great area to stay at. The lady that met us with the keys was very pleasant, but when informing the company about our issues we seemed to get automated replies. If we didn’t have the issues below we would have given 10/10, would stay here again but wary due to issues not getting sorted.

Couldn’t check in till 3pm, rather annoying when ur flight arrives by 9am ( only flight times available) . Wardrobe door was off rail in 1 bedroom , which is where the safe was situated. This meant neither the wardrobe or safe was usable! Didn’t get fixed whole time we were there, even though we reported it immediately. Very annoying and dangerous! Also on inventory it lists ‘free toiletries’ but we NEVER had or got any! So had to buy bits. We were only here for 4 nights so thought the free toiletries would cover our stay?!!! Lounge aircon didn’t work well but that did seem to get fixed ( think on auto as no remote for lounge), lack of clothes hangers so requested more which we received. We had no power one evening and no instructions how to fix this. Luckily we’re fairly savvy so worked it out. The hairdryer, kettle and coffee machine provided did not have the right plug for sockets. Only the kettle was supplied with travel plug, so we had to keep swapping the plug for appliances. It was a very dodgy travel plug, and we had to wiggle the wires to get them to work. Several times these tripped the electrics. Which we had to work out the fuse box to fix. The contact numbers supplied rarely got answered. The replies we did receive were very general and not concerning sorting out our issues. Felt rather ignored and disappointed.

The flat was super clean. Had been very quiet, and the beds where really good. Also the kitchen came fully equipped and well stocked. The staff we meet was super nice and very helpful. Best place to stay, when you visit as a family.

Location was nice and suited my needs. My friends all had a good time there with proximity to the shopping mall, water front and other attractions

While we were allowed a late checkout, the lady who came to check us out was quite rude and condescending. My experience with other members of staff were OK, maybe she had a bad lunch but she came in with an attitude.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. Paula always answered to our questions quickly. Edward is very good driver. There were many restaurants and shops nearby.
