Beautiful hotel, really nice breakfast
Had a great stay at Hotel Nerea. Staff were very accommodating and responsive. It was good having access to the restaurants of 2 sister properties on the same street.
The perfect balance of beauty, chic, relaxing and excitement. We loved our stay at Nerea. The grounds are beautiful, lovely meals on the shore, unique bedrooms and a cool vibe. We would love to come back.
Beautiful property about 20 minutes from downtown Tulum. Very peaceful and quiet. Wonderful food.Breakfast included. I had a lovely 4 night stay here and always felt safe and well cared for.
My wife and I spent a week there in mid-March. The staff were extremely nice, friendly & great to have a conversation with. We value a location that is not too busy with tons of people & loved how quiet & peaceful it was due to not being in the flight path of big commercial airliners. The rooms were very clean and in great shape. Honestly, the only thing I could find that needed done was the bikes chains could use some oil. That's it! Even the fan blades were clean. It was very peaceful as there were no families with young children due to not being in a hotel zone(in my opinion). I definately would like to return some day. Truly a slice of heaven on Earth.
We were looking for a very relaxing vacation, not the busy and constant sounds of an all inclusive. Nerea was the most tranquil and beautiful place to stay. Amazing food beautifully prepared with the freshest ingredients. Lots of options close by to walk and find other restaurants as well.
