The Tompkinsville Inn

Continental breakfast--dry cereal, milk and fruit. Rooms are very clean and personnel welcoming and friendly! Not a place you would want to spend more than a weekend. Not much to do but we have lots of family and friends to visit in this area.

Dears, We staied at the Tompkinsville inn from Nov. 14 up to Dec. 18. Around 40 days consecutively. I think is very good. Rooms are clean, service positive, WiFi available, cakes at 5pm are fantastic :-) The managment friendly and helpfull. I recommend Tompkinsville inn for your stay. Francesco

We traveled for the wedding of our friends from high school daughter. We stayed two nights and sleep well. The rooms were neat and clean! Bathrooms were updated and clean!! The continental breakfast was good and well presented in this small town INN. : ) After-noon cake was good too with coffee. AC could use some updates. Staff was courteous and meet you with a smile.

Our house had burned and we stayed here for about 9 days. It was a great place to stay. Rooms were bigger than expected and very clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows very soft. Breakfast is very simple but good with cereal, fruit, pastries, etc. They also serve cake or pie every evening which is a delight. The staff is friendly and make you feel at home. I would stay there again!!

Hospitality is evident from check in! Rooms are larger than expected. Clean and comfortable. Although rooms in back experience less highway noise, traffic dies by 11:00PM and remains quiet until morning. The excellent shade and curtain were also very effective at blocking noise. Very good channel selections on TV. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom not cramped. Decor appealing. Comfortable chair for reading. Breakfast is simple but name brand selections are provided. Microwave and small fridge, ironing board, coffee pot in each room. Linens are soft and very fluffy.

Absolutely spotlessly clean, and so very friendly. Each room was decorated a little differently, although similarly, with pretty quilts like you might have at home. We had a room with one king bed, and it was very spacious. The staff made you feel like family. They offer a continental breakfast, which we did not attend, and a homemade dessert served at 5. The dessert we had was a wonderful carrot cake. They are almost the only motel/hotel in town. How fortunate that it is so nice.

The Tompkinsville inn is a nice local motel. The people are friendly, and the rooms are clean and conferrable. Its the only hotel in Tompkinsville and not far from the center of town so it's very convenient if working in town. The next closest hotel is about 30 min away.

The atmosphere was really cozy & "homey" & the bed was extremely comfortable Courteous & Friendly staff. Very imperessed with how clean the rooom was. I highly recommend the Tompkinsville Inn and will definitely stay there again

A very nice and clean room. Excellent decor. Friendly staff. Fast Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Great AC too. The only downsides were the TV. It had many channels but the TV was an older model. Also, my room was on the highway the was kind of busy. But there are rooms off the highway if you ask. Finally, the room price seemed a bit steep for this area at $75 for a single after tax but it is a nice motel so perhaps not. The Inn actually has a pool too. I give it a "very good" rating bordering on "excellent".

I have given this Inn top ratings based on accommodations I expect in a small town. It has been lovingly maintained and front desk personnel are helpful and pleasant. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, cereal, assorted breads, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, orange juice, milk, and coffee.
