The Tompkinsville Inn

Dead squirrel that an animal had started eating directly in front of our door. The pool had so many hairs in it that they got stuck on your hand. Very outdated room with a toilet handle that was broken.

It’s not a five star hotel but it was near where we needed to be. My room was clean. It’s definitely an older hotel that could use some updates but I would recommend it to others that have business in Tompkinsville.

Very friendly staff.

Great area, was nice to park and unpack to the door. We will be back, beds need updating. Coffee pot was great. For the price you can bet that.

They would not switch my room to non smoking even though Im highly allergic to cigarette smoke. Only an antiquated establishment would have somking rooms in this day and age. I might as well have been talking to a brick wall instead of the clerk. The hotel was not at capacity either so I could have been moved. We ened up at the Quality Inn in Glasgow for $15 less per night! Goto Quality Inn in Glasgow,Ky they will take care of you.

It was very peaceful and quiet. I really didn’t like being right on the road.
