Превосходный отель! Прежде всего, здесь работают очень доброжелательные и вежливые сотрудники! Помогают во всем, всегда заботятся о том, чтобы все было в порядке! Восхитительные завтраки! Еда есть на любой вкус и достаточно сытная Номера очень комфортные. Очень чисто. В номере есть все, что необходимо. Отель очень удобно расположен в городе. Потрясающее место.

I had a great stay there. Everything was clean and new. The room is quite spacious, and I think I was bumped to a seaview room on the second day. I would say mountain view and sea view rooms are both amazing. Special thanks to Petros at the reception who is very very friendly and helped me a lot. Breakfast was also great, with a lot to choose from and freshely made omelets as well.

Hotelul este minunat. E poziționat la 5 minute de mers pe jos de centrul pietonal, are parcare, oamenii sunt super drăguți, micul dejun e excelent, cu produse gustoase, de calitate. Ne am simțit minunat, recomand pentru o vacanta unde vrei sa te relaxezi și să nu îți lipsească absolut nimic.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer waren sauber und Frühstück ausreichend. Man konnte von Kaffee bis Cappucino Freddo alles bestellen, auch verschiedene Eierspeisen gab es A‘ la carte inklusive . Die Lage ist gut mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber noch ok.

1.Front Desk Service: The reception staff were extremely inattentive. On the first night, our room was only provided with a very thin blanket. After calling and waiting over an hour—plus a follow-up call—we were brought another identical thin blanket. The next day, we requested a proper duvet again. It took another hour and repeated reminders before they finally brought one, but even then, it was only the insert without a clean cover—something that raises serious hygiene concerns. 2.Housekeeping: The housekeeping was sloppy and unprofessional. They only replaced used towels and did a quick sweep of the floor. They didn’t tidy up the room at all, and basic amenities like tissues and bottled water were never restocked during our stay. 3.Room Cleanliness: The room had major hygiene issues. The sun loungers on the balcony were completely moldy. We had specifically chosen a room with a balcony for relaxation, but the condition of the furniture made it unusable. 4.Room Design: The layout of the room was also very poorly designed. Upon entering, we had to go down a staircase inside the room, which was unexpected and unsafe. I actually slipped on the stairs and suffered serious bruises and joint pain as a result. 5.Breakfast: This was hands down the worst breakfast we had during our 10+ days of traveling across Greece. The variety and quality were both extremely poor and did not reflect the hotel’s price point. In summary, the entire stay was frustrating and disappointing. For this price range, there are definitely better options out there with superior service, hygiene, and facilities. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
