Blisko metro, sklepiki i knajpki. Czysto.

Opis udogodnień niezgodny z prawdą - dźwiękoszczelność - brak, było słychać wszystko, nie ma mowy o spokojnym śnie. Czajnik bardzo zakamieniony.
