There were different reviews, some very positive and some less positive. In my opinion: - location good, easy accessible by public transportation (in between 2 metro lines) - rooms are big, the room for 6 people has a sofa bed (for 2 people) this in my opinion is better for only 1 person so I only put 5 people in that room - the rooms for 8 people are very big and the double beds are big enough - the rooms for 4 people I would only recommend it for max 3 people (it is one open space, so no separate rooms) - the kitchen is ok, good enough to make easy meals - the bathroom is ok, not too big but good enough to take a shower - the area is ok, if you are not alone you should feel safe here. In the evenings after 23.00 wise to not go out alone but during the day an ok area - and last but not least, yes the walls are very thin. So I would not recommend this accommodation for families with babies/young children. Your kids will be easily waked by noise from the neighbour (even if the neighbour did nothing really noisy you will still hear it). We had an incident with one of my students. Even though I had to arrange all my self and the host only apologised for the inconvenience I think that I would still stay here again.

Check the property when cleaning and do not let loose ends cause a problem for your guests.

A proximidade com o metro, cerca de 5 min a pé e a variedade de supermercados na zona (Aldi, Mercadona e Lidl) A zona era bastante tranquila

Bon standing pour le prix à Barcelone avec le métro à proximité (15 minutes à pied) et le parking indigo justicia pas cher à 20 minutes à pied pour laisser la voiture tout le séjour (moins de 10 euros par jour).

Insonorisation pas très bonne par rapport aux voisins. Lumière allumée toute la nuit dans le couloir avec une petite fenêtre qui donne dans le studio ce qui fait qu'il ne fait jamais totalement noir si la luminosité vous gêne pour dormir.
