"Would not return due to broken platform policy. I have been dealing with this for over a month."

The location was great, staff was friendly. Rooms had a great design and were decorated very well. The wallpaper in the bathroom was interesting and overall I liked the room alot.

The issue I am having has to do with the booking.com platform. They are holding my money saying that the property would not respond to them in writing causing me to not have access to $192 of my own money.
