The Aloft hotels on 13111 highland park blvd have great customer service, the rooms are great, super clean, they clean them everyday, they check in with customers, great quality of service and the rooms, the workers are very kind especially felesha if you meet her at the front desk you are in great hands with her she is super helpful and really sweet she’s helped me with a lot she’s great with customers

"It was OK"

Ok experience. This was my second time staying, and the first time was a lot better. Cons: The place can be cleaner and the room had a faint stale smell when we first arrived. I did have to kill a spider in the bathroom. Pros: It’s located in a quiet area. Good breakfast. Willie the cook was very nice.
