Staff dealing with the AC problem

Room size is too small for an Accor hotel to be called family room we could barely move in the room though 2 of us had only carry on and not big luggages. No small fridge in the room and I couldn’t understand why we couldn’t have at least make the mineral water we were brining cold in such heat wave. AC system wasn’t functioning good enough in such bad weather. Beds must be queen beds and we don’t have the option to choose between single and queen beds since rooms set up is fixed which wasn’t convenient for our group since my brother and myself don’t sleep in one bed and this is not a standard way to deal with guests in any hotel worldwide. I have been touring the world for more than 20 years and first time to be forced on such room style without options

Saubere Zimmer, viel Platz, klimatisiert, freundliches Personal

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer inkl Zimmerkarten und als wir das Zimmer betreten haben, war dies noch von anderen Gästen bewohnt. Wir bekamen sofort ein anderes Zimmer, welches tatsächlich frei war. So ein Fehler darf nicht passieren. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ok.

Everything was great

Parking situation was very poor - hotel only reversed a few spaces for guests in the underground carpark and my elderly parents had to walk from another carpark with luggage for this reason we would not stay here again unfortunately

L’hotel si trova accanto alla stazione centrale e offre camere molto silenziose. Perfetto per chi soggiorna durante un concerto. Mi è piaciuto l’arredo e il fatto che in camera viene offerto il balsamo per capelli. La colazione intercontinentale è molto ricca e anche se il caffè viene dalle macchinette è buono.

Il check in alle 3 è un po’ tardi. Mancanza frigo in camera.

There was a leak in my bedroom and the side of the carpet was wet. It wasn’t evident but I did wet my socks and feet if I touched that area.
