Excellent location . Although difficult to drive to. Hotel reception and staff were excellent in meeting us . Caused no real issue. Rooms smallish but really well appointed . View over the plaza outside. A little bit noisy but worth it for the buzz. Roof top bar exceptional and staff everywhere friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend

With the exception of a great staff and accommodations, we are giving it a 3 for 24 hours plus with no a/c (86 degrees) and yesterday with power outage with regard to elevators. Unless something is done this evening it will be the second night of being uncomfortable and no sleep ☹️ Hoping the do the right thing for the guests and compensate for the inconvenience.

We visited the bar as non-hotel guests and were initially impressed by the spectacular views — the setting really is beautiful. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor customer service. There was a swimming pool near the bar area, and although a sign indicated that the area beyond the pool was for hotel guests only, it wasn’t clear that the pool itself was off-limits. Assuming it was part of the bar’s amenities, we entered — a genuine mistake, and we were not being disruptive. A staff member approached us in a very abrupt and unfriendly manner, demanding we leave the pool immediately. There was no polite explanation, no effort to handle the situation discreetly — just a blunt, uncomfortable interaction. Even as non-guests, we were paying customers, and some basic courtesy would have gone a long way. A simple, respectful explanation would have been enough to resolve the situation without any unpleasantness. If you’re not staying at the hotel, I would think twice about visiting. It’s clear that non-guests are not treated with the same level of care or respect.
