We loved our stay at Querencia de Sevilla! It was a bit challenging to arrive at the hotel by car when you’re not familiar with the area, but Paula from reception was very helpful and guided us through the process. The bellboys, Jesús and Álvaro, were amazing—they welcomed us warmly and explained everything about our beautiful connecting rooms, which were perfect for our family of four. The rooms are not very big, but they are comfortable, beautifully decorated in a charming Sevillian style, modern, new, and very well-equipped. Everything was impeccable, and both the bed and the shower were amazing! The service at the restaurant was top-notch. David, our server at breakfast, along with the rest of the staff, was friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and outstanding quality. We also had dinner on the day we arrived, and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the city, and the location of the hotel is unbeatable. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough—I would love to stay there again. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We also loved the thoughtful presents you left in our room!

This hotel is extremely well located and in excellent condition. Its rooftop bar has an excellent view to the Cathedral and the Giralda. When we arrived we were given a room upgrade to the Buena suerte suite which had an espectacular view as well. The room was large, comfortable and very well appointed. The room had surprise little gifts allegorical to Sevilla and fresh flowers were brought up to the room. The staff was very helpful with all our requests and when it was raining, they had umbrellas at the door for us. The hotel lobby was especially decorated for Semana Santa as the hotel is right on the path of the processions. We loved our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great hotel, great staff, great location. When visiting Seville, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. First off, this is an aesthetically pleasing hotel and located in the heart of the tourist/oldtown area of Seville, a mere couple of minute walk from the main cathedral. Better than the location? The staff. The staff is welcoming and incredibly talented. The front desk staff wears the hats of check-in/check-out and concierge. The staff, to include but not limited to Desiree and Paula, were phenomenal. Desiree in particular was able to book a number of train reservations for my wife and I. Something I tried to do while overseas but was unsuccessful in accomplishing. The staff will also provide a number of excellent tapas bars that are within easy walking distance. The hotel was also able to hold some of our luggage while we visited other areas of Andalucia and the porters were quick to assist with handling our luggage and getting taxi service to the hotel for transport to the train station and airport. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the variety of options good. Once again the staff at breakfast was exceptional The rooftop bar and pool area provides gorgeous views of Seville, to include the cathedral. Note, if its raining the rooftop bar may be closed. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. This was a great hotel, in a great city, with a great and convenient location and a great staff. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seville.

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Seville. Attention has been given to every detail. The finishes are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The roof top deck is gorgeous with incredible views of the city. Steps to everything. The staff exceptionally courteous and helpful.
