Terrible ! The room we were given was not the room pictured on the app, rather whatever random room the man at the desk picked for us. The whole place smelled of mildew. The beds were old and uncomfortable, basically no staff on site the entire weekend. No toilet paper in the room bathroom. & the bathroom ceiling literally FELL ON MY HEAD. I got no refund for my awful experience because the credit card machine was “down” so I had to pay for my two nights in cash when we got there.. so I’m just here to warn people at this point. There is no spa at all, there is basically nothing except a musty smell and dated beds and linens. Staff is non existent, so if you have a problem it’s basically fend for yourself.. just a flat out awful weekend. Place has potential, but clearly no one cares enough to make it work.
