This place is outdated and stinks really bad!
This place was rustic and old, beds were damp, no soap, no shampoo in bathroom, poor air-condition, beds were dirty, I did not stay overnight, I left after an hour, please cancel my reservation, after paying so much, this was a very very sub-standard, please refund and cancel, since I did not stay at that place
Imagine paying for a room and only to get locked out of the hotel and sleeping in the car after they forgot to give the passcode to the hotel front door and the phone number provided doesn’t work after sundown til 11am. The owner is terrifible person and doesn’t care about his guests. I would never recommend anyone to come there. The rooms is full of webbings and spiders, and that’s the least of your worries, check the bathroom and behind the beds. After all this, I’m just speechless.

I adored this hotel. The lobby was magical and filled with books, a piano, vintage decorations, and Classic memorabilia. The room was equally charming with four poster beds and wooden lamps and a door to an outside patio. The owner and staff were incredibly accommodating. Dog friendly place that’s truly unique. It was winter so I didn’t get to enjoy the lake, and will be back!
Gem of a place to spend some quality time. Just make sure you bring some locks for the doors.
Very cute, well maintained and managed property Our Airbnb had a issue with an HOA, left us out, so we stayed here as we were left out on the cold This cute time capsule was perfect, we came for Christmas and once we’re arrived and met the staff we wanted to spend it here (Airbnb gave a credit that could not be refused) There is not enough room on here to express my feelings for this little place If we return, we know where to stay!
The areas very nice
The reason we stayed there was because it was dog friendly. Unfortunately there was a dog that wouldn't stop barking. The look was from the 1960's, however, not sure it has been cleaned or any updates since 1960. The smell was horrible, it was all original bedding, wall coverings, etc.. Ceilings were falling down, a/c and air conditioning units had to be plugged or unplugged depending on which unit you used. The sliding glass door to the outside didn't lock. The sink didn't drain. It was a 4 person room, with two towels and one wash rag. While checking in the Owner/Manager asked how I got the room for $99 when they usually charge $120. We overpaid at $99. I would give this a negative star rating and never recommend any friends or family stay their.
