USBreakfast was the least appealing aspect of the stay. It was pretty ordinary, run-of-the-mill, fare.
One more comfortable chair in the room. I guess, one desk chair and one "comfortable" chair in the room is the standard model. The empty space is jus unappealing. Two, instead of one, luggage racks would be a definite improvement at seeming small cost.
JPAir kept kicking on and off even though it never reached the set temperature so it was warm for awhile. Beds were kind of hard. It was clean.

Our room was clean and spacious. Just right for what we were wanting. The design of the room darkening shades is great and should be adopted by all hotels. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. The lobby area was comfortable and roomy and made for a great place to hang out with friends. All in all, this would be at the top of our list for any return trips. Two minor complaints: 1 - Despite what the sign in the bathroom claims, you can't get toothpaste at the front desk if you forget yours. 2 - The printer isn't working, but there's no sign to indicate this. Instead you follow the instructions, find it doesn't work, talk to the front desk, and then learn that they knew this. How about an "out of order" sign?
The hotel is located right next door to a Cracker Barrel and isn't far from other restaurants. There is also a Walmart close by. The driveway is a bit tricky to see at first since there is some construction going on. It's also conveniently located next to I-20. The room was clean and updated. A/C was great. Shower pressure was nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only issue was with the toilet's flushing power being too low I think, but it was mainly just a mild inconvenience. Front desk staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast staff noticed I was struggling with my 3 year old and offered to grab me something since I was too focused on her to really get anything for myself. That small act of kindness really made my day.

USCheck in was easy and fast. Gayle was fantastic! Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless!! Breakfast was good and the lady that makes the waffles is a treasure. The only issue was that the AC did not work in our room but it was ok and I didn't even realize until morning. All in all, this is a great property.
