The hotel was so clean and nice. The food from the restaurant was pretty good. And the staff were absolutely amazing. One of the valet girls was the best. She was so nice and informative about everything she honestly deserves a raise and promotion she was a big part of what made our stay so wonderful from the very beginning. I forget her name but she was excellent. Then my daughter got sick in the bed and the staff was kind enough to bring us all new bedding. The staff were just so amazing.

It was expensive but it was a very nice hotel and totally worth it.

"One Working or No Elevator All Week—Overshadowed a Very Good Hotel"

I’ve stayed at this hotel at least five times. The breakfast is great, and both the service and housekeeping are consistently strong. The fitness center is also well maintained and offers a full set of barbells, brand new treadmills, a peloton and more. However, there was a significant issue with the elevators during my most recent stay. For one afternoon, they were completely out of service, and for the entire five days, the hotel operated with only one working elevator. Upon arrival, I was “upgraded” from the second floor to the sixth floor, even though higher floors do not offer a view and are priced higher. As a result, I ended up walking up and down six flights of stairs multiple times throughout my stay. While I’m a very fit 61-year-old, this was inconvenient, and I can’t imagine how other guests managed aside from waiting extended periods for the elevator. In the future, I would choose to stay on a lower floor to avoid this issue. I recommend the same for any guests.

Solo el cuarto aunque no era muy grande

El desayuno terrible para el precio muy incómodo hacer fila para agarrar y el desastre que avía y la comida parecía plástico horrible el primer dia solo puede comer avena nada más el segundo día no agarre nada
