First, I wasn’t prepared to deal with the parking situation, which reminded me of a previous experience I had at another Los Angeles hotel. Every time I needed to leave, I had to wait for an attendant to retrieve my car. While I understand this is common in Los Angeles, it was still an adjustment and somewhat inconvenient. When we got to our room, there was an awful, strange smell—like someone had just checked out without showering. We immediately requested to be moved. The staff did relocate us to a room on the 4th floor at the end of the hall, which initially seemed like a great spot. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. The room next door had a child who was running up and down the hall, yelling and screaming for most of the night. Although they left briefly, the noise continued until around 10:30–11:00 pm. Children should not be placed in rooms where their noise easily carries to other guests, especially late at night. It made it very difficult to relax and get any rest. That said, Jenny at the front desk was beyond amazing. She was very accommodating, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Breakfasts was absolute key the worst i ever had in any hotel i have stayed, and i have been traveling for over 40 years. Very very very dry and pale egge or what ever it was. Very small breakfast bar, very busy breakfast area, people were all over each other and if you came down after 8, there were line ups. At least few times I didn’t get knives and forks, they gave me plastic forks. No way. The staff at the front desks desk were not friendly at all and not helpful. The only hotel i ever ever ever stayed at that didn’t allow me to part my rental car for an hour , they took my car key and held it ransom until I paired the parking fee. I am not talking about over night parking, but just an hour or 2. So not at all happy.
