The room is clean; breakfast is Ok.

The hotel overcharged me for the rooms I reserved from Bookings. My bill is >$100 than the original number from the confirmation email. What is even worse is that no one responded to my email. Update: The hotel front desk manager, Jasmine, responded to my concern and resolved this issue quickly. Thank you for the help.

Felt very welcoming, very homey. All staff was very helpful and kind.

Great location, close to the 101. Very spacious and comfortable room.

The restaurant was part of the bar and very casual. Plastic dishes and more of a snack bar atmosphere. Breakfast was very much like formula food.

I loved the location of the property! The rooms were big and spacious. Great for a one night stay.

The walls are a little thin, I heard kids up and down the hallways but we were also right by the elevator. The breakfast was cold despite being in a warmer, I’d skip it next time. Also the line is atrocious. Spring to eat nearby or go very early in the morning. It’s a self serve bar but the staff definitely needs to spread out the food or help serve. It’s a mess. If you are on a low floor you’ll hear the karaoke going at the bar. Not ideal for couples, big families yes.
