Unfortunately the night we stayed the hotel had no electricity and we were there for a special occasion. We took showers in the dark. Could not dry our hair or curl it till we got to our party. Electricity did not come on the entire time we were there.

I like the cleanliness of the hotels managed by Hilton, the room size was perfect!

I am surprised that Hilton doesn't mention all the costs upfront, as I received a message stating that my stay will incur an additional $14 per night for something called 'Worker...', I replied and tried to search on booking.com and under property policies. I didn't find anything before or after booking. I complained, but they took the money without any explanation. I am not sure if anyone has ever sued you for this type of hidden cost - you list the property at a reduced cost and then add parking, this cost, that cost, after booking confirmation. This seems to be a typical business done by an ordinary hotel, not the Hilton. If I have the time, I will definitely pursue you with a lawsuit and ask you to refund all the guests whom you have taken money from without their consent.

The hotel itself was nice.

First thing I didn't like was the location, a bit confusing to get there, if youre not familiar with the area. Another thing was the parking situation, smaller parking area which is valet only. Upon my arrival at exactly 3pm, I was told my room was not ready, and that I had arrived too early ( check in is at 3pm). My family and I waited in the lobby for 1 hr 45 min until an incident occurred across the street, where a power pole was hit by a car knocking out the facilities power. Truly a blessing in disguise; my family and I were tired of waiting, and were very late to an event.

Great location and friendly staff

Horrible breakfast, they allow dogs so get used to barking noise all the time. Walls and ceilings very thin so all the noise comes through loud and clear! Elevator broke down for whole day. Must request daily cleaning to get room cleaned otherwise they don’t clean room!
