Excellent service, beautiful hotel, amazing staff. We will definitely come back again. Lovely room and was very comfortable. All the staff was so gracious and kind and couldn’t do enough to make it an amazing stay. I want give kudos to Maribel, Karla, Sandra and all the staff!

"Dining at The Alest in Polanco"

The service at the restaurant is exceptional, I met Maribel today, and she definitely went the extra mile, thanks a lot for attending to all my requests always with a smile on your face. And the food is delicious, the facilities, the music and the location are all great!

"Sunny and charming restaurant"

Great place for Breakfast. The little restaurant at the Alest is a good option for eating half a block from the Lincoln Park it is a charming setting. Food was good and of quality and service was very good from all the staff and specially Maribel I think you will enjoy the experience
