Very friendly staff, got a birthday cake placed in the room while we where eating breakfast, dis not tell staff it was my birthday so very nice. Nice pools Can be crowded and a little bit pain in the ass to get to the beach since its a railway between Close to local supermarket and a lot of restourants

A Luxurious Return to Atzavara Hotel: Even Better Than the First Time! As returning guests, we're once again incredibly impressed with the Atzavara Hotel in Santa Susanna. This is our second stay, and the hotel has truly outdone itself, especially in areas where there was room for improvement last year. We're staying on a half-board basis, and our junior suite (room 3244) is once again a fantastic choice. The room is wonderfully spacious, and the biggest plus is the very large bathroom with a separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet. The cleaning ladies deserve huge credit; the room is spotless every day and supplied with fresh towels. The service at the reception has noticeably improved. While we experienced some stiffness last year, the staff are now extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the dinner in the buffet restaurant has also significantly improved; it's now thankfully served at the right temperature, unlike last year. A minor point of attention remains the soup, which unfortunately is still often lukewarm or cold. Hopefully, this will also be improved in the future. Our 16-day stay, from Monday, June 16th to July 1st, reached an absolute highlight in the second week thanks to an upgrade to a penthouse suite with a private pool. This is ultimate indulgence! The suite spans two floors, with a sleeping area downstairs and a living room with a beautiful terrace and a 40m² private pool upstairs. The view over the sea, the boulevard, and the stunning resort with its multiple pools (including an adults-only section) is breathtaking. You truly feel like you're in pure luxury here. A definite recommendation, especially for suite guests staying longer than four days, is the breakfast buffet at the Botanic Restaurant. It's fantastic! The intimate atmosphere, the personal table service, and the ability to have everything arranged for you make it a much more pleasant experience than the main breakfast room. This is a huge plus! We also get to dine three times at the à la carte Botanic restaurant, which offers a delicious change from the buffet. While we already consider this a nice extra, given our 16-day stay, we'd appreciate it if this were possible more frequently, for example, three times a week. The attention to detail is impressive: in the evening, they check if everything is in order in the room, and if you're not present, a light is turned on and a chocolate is left behind. Coffee and tea are available in the room and are replenished daily, along with two bottles of water. This hotel is absolutely worth its five stars! Constructive Feedback for Continued Excellence To help Atzavara Hotel continue to excel, we have a few constructive points: * Cleanliness by the main pool: Please ensure empty glasses and plates are cleared away more quickly. * Sunbeds by the pool: Remove towels from sunbeds that are clearly not in use to free up space for other guests. * Suite pools: Check and clean these more frequently. * Buffet: Ensure the soup is always served hot. The hospitality this year is also a huge positive. The welcome card stating "we are delighted to have you stay with us" and the box of chocolates upon arrival are much appreciated. These are the small gestures that make a big difference. Keep up the great work with your team on the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel, because you're already doing an amazing job! Sacha and Jessica will definitely be back next year. We're still thoroughly enjoying our stay until Tuesday!

Hotel Atzavara in Santa Susanna is a perfect place to relax – clean, surrounded by lush greenery, with several pools and plenty of sun loungers. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied, offering a wide selection of fresh fruit and local delicacies. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A big advantage is the nearby train stop, which makes it easy to reach Barcelona and other interesting places quickly.

Outstanding from arriving to departing. On are arrival we were met by a very welcoming gentleman name Alex. We were located on the top floor, lovely spacious room with our own private pool. Breakfast was a buffet, plenty of choice, does get busy around 9am-10am but plenty of tables & spacious to walk round, only negative in dining room there is outside tables to sit and eat your food , but not pleasant when people choose to smoke while your eating your meal, however this is not a negative on the hotel it’s just inconsiderate people. Pool area there is 6 pool all clean and plenty of sun beds, waiter service available. Reception staff all very friendly & helpful Rut was fantastic when advising us on are trip to Barcelona, train times, places to visit. Hotel very clean & beautiful. Rooms cleaned everyday & fresh towels big THANK YOU to our maid, who unfortunately we never got to meet, in my opinion the maids play big part in hotel and are never mentioned or recognised. Will definitely be returning next year, and will be requesting the same room

We loved our stay here!!! The staffs were so friendly and the breakfast here was a 10/10. We were given welcome drinks when we arrived, I definitely recommend this hotel any day anytime

It was very nice, the cocktails had a disney twist which was very fun, the cocktails also taste very good! The staff did a very good job!

Great cocktail workshop lovely drinks and great coaches giving you tips and info on all aspects of cocktails and the paraphernalia used! Cheers

L’hôtel est propre,le personnel charmant et serviable.Par contre,dans ma chambre,j’ai vu à deux reprises,un « insecte »qui se trouve dans les endroits humides,et qu’on appelle communément « poisson d’argent « Sinon,rien à dire,j’y retournerai avec beaucoup de plaisir

Beautiful hotel overall. Great modern room. Great breakfast. Service by the pool is not what you would expect from a five star hotel.
