"Don't stay here"

A complete dump. So many roaches I can't even sleep. Literally one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Not to mention the staff is rude

Customer service was good until it was time to check out. Front desk called my room at 10:46 to tell me it was check out time. Check out is at 11:00. Then when I went to turn in the key card, he snatched it out of my hands. No greeting, hello, thank you for staying or nothing. I'm very big on customer service especially when I am spending my money for a service. The room was nice and clean. There was a stain on the shower curtains. Look like some shampoo. My only other dilemma is this morning there were some guys out front of my room talking loud but it was time for check out anyway. Other than that overall stay was okay!

This hotel is just ok. Its the cheapest hotel within 100 miles, so you get what you are paying for, no diamond in the rough here. It's safe and clean, but not much else. If you need a place to crash for a couple hours to get off the highway, great. I wouldn't stay an extended time here.

I booked a trip the day before arriving and went we got there they already filled our rooms so they gave us queens instead of one king which wasn’t bad they were the same price on the website but they charged us an extra 66 dollars and said the price changed even though we rented a room the day prior

"Just okay."

We could hear every step taken in the room above us. Man at check-in was not friendly and very slow on computer. Jets did not work in the jetted tub. Freezer was iced over. Towels were dingy and we were only provided two. Pros: Room was clean and location was convenient.
