Had a lovely stay here. Rooms are a good size with everything you need. Would have preferred a fridge rather than a cooler though. Great pool area, daughter loves it. For those who enjoy the gym, it was fully equipped. Restaurant up top provides great views especially at sunset. Happy hour 3-6pm. Breakfast was great. Location to all the main things in Melbourne is fab. Would happily stay again.

Great location and excellent service from the staff. Rooms are very modern, clean. Bath area provides less privacy than we are accustomed to, with frosted glass doors that do not reach floor or ceiling on toilet and shower. This would not stop us from staying here again because the staff are wonderful!

We booked a mystery weekend away and were lucky enough to get to stay at Hyatt Centric. Very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and spacious and housekeeping were very thorough. The checkin staff were extremely good at their job and made us feel welcome. The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and the food was scrumptious.
