I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Centric. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful—modern, stylish, and exceptionally well presented. Everything from the atmosphere to the amenities exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed here for a night and overall was exceptional. They offered early checkin as well as room upgrade for a small fee, it was very smooth. The room vibe was modern minimalistic but cozy, the bed was comfortable, location was strategic close to everything and all amenities worked well. My partner mentioned my birthday was coming up. We went out for a stroll after dropping things in the room and came back to a choco pretzel and birthday card on the table, it made my day! Had an issue with overcharging but it was sorted in a few days, no dramas. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
