Sydney Wharf House

This is a great cottage in a perfect location just a short walk from all that Bath has to offer including the nearby canal walk. Parking in Bath is tricky so having two spaces here was fabulous. The owners provided very generous supplies, including plenty of toilet rolls, coffee, tea, milk sachets spices etc. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery so we could use the dishwasher. The beds were comfortable with great pillows and bedding, and although larger adults may find the two singles a tad narrow they were fine for us. Each room had plenty of storage and nice additions such as hair dryers. Upstairs is a great roof terrace. Highly recommended for a family of 6 or a quiet group of friends. We would love to stay again.

Kitchen well equipped, all areas clean, 15 min walk to all the main sights.

Purely personal opinion - but I can't stand bare light bulbs (the light shades were see through!) Made the lighting in the living room cold and harsh.

Really peaceful, super comfy bed in the master bedroom, easy walk to everything, parking a plus.

This cute little house was just perfect for our stay in Bath - it was comfortable and just a pleasant short 8-10 minute walk into the centre of Bath. Ticked all the boxes - comfy beds, washing machine, clean, car parking and it was a nice quiet, calm area that felt safe as was in a university grounds and close to a park and the The Holbourne Museum. We really enjoyed our stay in Bath and the guided tour of the Abbey and Roman Baths, Jane Austen Centre, House of Mary Shelley Frankenstein, the Hop on Hop Off Bus, and we ate some fantastic food. This is a charming place to stay. We also recommend The Bird of Prey Project in Newton St, Bath, just a 10 minute drive from here, to fly hawks and owls.

The shower temperature guage was tricky to work; everything else was perfect.

Great location and space with added bonus of parking.

Great if travelling with a car , a car can be parked directly at the property Clean neat and well equipped with everything needed (dishwasher oven stove microwave and evenna washing machine with drying racks. 15 min walk to the centre of Bath

A little pricey

Stylish and cosy. Walking distance to Bath centre. Balcony was perfect spot to read and enjoy a cocktail.

We were short of a couple of kitchen items but some new cookware was delivered very promptly when requested. Thank you!

Location ion was quiet yet close to everything, wonderful location! Outdoor space was a great plus. So nice to have off-street parking included! Short walk to groceries, restaurants, sights! Property Manager great with communication. Rooms were a good size--plenty of room for a family of 5. Even has machine machine and air-drying racks, and dishwasher!! Would recommend.

The side edge of the beds dipped, so two larger adults felt like one might roll off side of the shared bed (UK king, US queen). But otherwise comfortable beds.

Quiet.

No restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.
