Sydney Wharf House

The house is spacious, and accommodated 6 adults very comfortably. It is cosy and generously equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It is in a great location, quiet, with parking, a real bonus in Bath, and with easy access to Bath centre, either on foot or by bus. There is a Tesco Express 2 mins walk away. Good responsive communication with the owner.

Nothing not to like. One tiny criticism, we didn't use the balcony as it was not the right weather but we noticed an ashtray on the outside table had not been emptied from the previous guests.

This is a lovely property, very pretty and just a short walk into the city, really very close. It seemed located in part of the Uni grounds and there was a 5 bar gate that could be shut at night for car security. The kitchen was well appointed, the whole place was very spacious and in the style of period Bath so felt just right for our holiday cottage. That being said there was ample space for us throughout and the lounge/dining room were light and cosy, we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend and stay again. There were provisions made available e.g. herbs, teas (herbal included), coffee, so many pans, plates, glasses, it was like home from home. 6 people could easily stay here and entertain guests too. Also, there's a lovely private sun deck with tables and chairs up top too, excellent.

Everything was absolutely perfect :) I can't really write two or three sentences about something that was so good so go try it for yourself and see if you can fill this box in because I can't!

We came to Bath for a family wedding and chose the house for its perfect location and parking. The property was within easy walking distance into town, plus it had a tesco express almost on the doorstep. The photos on the website don't do it justice. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to spend time in Bath as a family or small group.

Being an older property it has few wall sockets in the bedrooms. Seeing as this is the only thing we didn’t like shows how wonderful the property is!

The Location was excellent & parking on site, a definite must in Bath. The house was spacious & very warm & cozy with everything to hand

Extremely spacious and quiet location. They had lots of amenities. Also, generous with requests. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable house. A real pleasure to find somewhere out of the way but so close to the heart of Bath. And with parking!! Loved the games box. Lots of lovely personal touches around the house.

We were a week too early for the Christmas lights, and we couldn't stay any longer!
